This is a bronze I've had for 15 years. It's heavy, 6" across, and has two holes I assume are for mounting purposes on the back. I assume it was intended to be used as part of an award. Have any of you seen it before?

I haven't seen it before, but the players' faces seem to have a ghoulish, skeleton-like appearance (or is just me seeing it?).

Max, I don't think that was intentional, but I see what you mean...ha ha. The shin gaurds on the catcher are reeded, and the upright position is from early in the 1900s, but I don't know if it's that vintage. Could be...but not sure.

It looks like the Silver Surfer is up to bat while Skeletor catches and his brother is the umpire.

Larry

I don't know if it was just my view from the airplane seat, but the Fantastic Four Ride of the Silver Surfer was an awful movie.

Max, I've never really enjoyed any of the comic book superhero movies. I did enjoy the Marvel cartoon versions when younger though. Also liked the old Space Ghost cartoons, so simplistic, yet enjoyable.
