Default Baseball Picture

I was hoping someone could help me identify the attached picture of a baseball team. I purchased another photo of (reproduction) of lou Gehrig and this photo was inserted behind it in the frame. Not sure if they are related although I guess they are not. The 8 x 10 photo shows a Baseball team in uniform with what appears to be RS or SR Initials and an eagle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like a minor league team, the Casper Ghosts. (Unfortunately they went back to "Rockies" after they moved to Grand Junction.)

I am thinking a college team by the letterman's sweater and age of the players. Not sure which one though.
