Can anyone contact SGC's pop report and/or submission info?

I had a problem a few days ago then it worked fine now it is acting up again. They are in the process of redoing the pop reports so this might be a result of that.

I am trying to access it as well and cant. havent been able to for a few days. Since the subject has been brought up, why doesnt GAI provide an online pop report? If they do I must be clueless ( which may be the case) lol because I havent found it.
