I usually wait 4-5 days, then send another invoice. If I don't get a response in a couple of days I file a npb.

Depends on how well you know your customers. Some pay as soon as the auction is over and others wait two weeks or more.

I've got a couple who seem to pay whenever they feel like it, but they do always eventually pay.

I think 3-5 days is acceptable. If it is any longer, the buyer should notify the seller about the delay. Every once in a while I get a really slow payer, but have only had about 1 or 2 that never paid.

Normally either the same business day or the next business day.
