Default Only One

Post a graded vintage card that no one else has. Any player, but the only one for its grade on the combined pop charts.

I'm sure I have a one with a qualifier that is the only one for its' grade. Does that count? 😴

This could be a great thread. I will post more later/tmrw, but I am almost positive this is a 1 of 1 - e92 wagner batting with a menagerie back

It's ugly, but it's the only one graded by PSA.

Default Yup...

Could be a 1 with a qualifier or a 10... just needs to be the only card on the combined pop charts for its grade. Common or HOF player.

As of today, these two T206's are one of a kind. Perhaps, eventually 2nds will be discovered.

This McGraw card was acquired circa 1980 at the Philly Show in Willow Grove.

.

This Herzog was acquired in the 1990's in North Carolina.

Amazing cards, Ted. I love that you never got the Herzog graded. Old school!

Thanks, Jack.

I am "old school"....I'm not a fan of graded cards; however, that's my old scan of Herzog.

Sorry, to disappoint you but I did get this card graded.

The Blue background blank back Mordecai Brown is one of a kind.
The Dawn of the Dead cards I made myself and had George Romero sign quite a few so these are one of a kind as well

Only Greiner's Speaker & McGraw known...

Got 'em in the early 1990s from a Coin Dealer. Finding these 2 cards ultimately led me to becoming a NET54 Member. Now if I could only find THAT dealer who still had a small stack of Greiner's...

We could NOT agree on a price as they were not in "The Guide", so he would only sell me a couple of cards...

Thanks, in an effort to stop promoting slabs, I’m trying to post card pics only without the slab or label, and instead include a hyperlink for those who want to see the certificate of authenticity.

Here’s a PSA/DNA 1-of-1, that links to the PSA website page showing the population report for this unique card if you click the image.

Interesting topic. I have a bunch of single graded T206's so I'll only list a card that's unique across all TPG's and all grades. My BVG graded T206 Lajoie "No Print"

Default One....and only ?

1904 Eastern League Champions (the year that the Major League World Series was NOT played).

I acquired this gem in Cooperstown in 1991. I have been searching for 28 years for another one.
To no avail.

There is definitely 1 raw of this card, but this is the only graded.

Fascinating how few T206s we've seen thusfar! I have a couple raw T206s with a graded pop of 1, but that's backwards from the request!

Default Highest Graded

..R314 -- "Wide Pens Premiums" ... the "T" on Mooty's cap is for Toronto....He made it into the major leagues ; played for the Chicago Cubs for a few years...he appears on a late forties Bowman card back when they issued a short run of Pacific Coast players which , if you can find one , will cost you a fortune. We're talkin' Leon money here....

I hold a E92 Chase blank backed PSA7, highest graded, which is identified on the flip as a Crofts Candy. How did the grader decide on Crofts Candy with a blank backed card?

The E92 Wagner Batting with menagerie back (a total error) that I posted earlier in the thread sits in a flip calling it a Dockman and Sons. Why is that a Dockman, and not a Crofts or Nadja, etc.? I guess they have to call it somethin so they pick one.

Back at you, Brian:

technically, this same card is on the pop report twice because a previous owner re-submitted a PSA-6 and got a '5' back.

I was able to purchase it for half what he paid...ooops!

It will be MY '5' of 'Big Six' as long as I'm still here.
