There is a store in Hampton, VA called "The Tenth Inning". The (previous??) owner is/was a big Ripken fan and had actually issued a publication that chronicled most if not all of his cards and other memorabilia. Though that was some time ago and would not be current as of today.
He may still have some of the pubs available.

I do believe that it covered all of the cards, or at least all of the officially issued cards at the time, and a lot of the memorabilia. As for "some time ago" I think the publication was out in the early 90's before the volume of his cards and memorabilia exploded exponentially.
