Default Where to grade pins?

I've got these two Federal League booster pins (had hoped to track down the "Rebels" version, but keep finding "Federals" ones instead).
Any tips on how to get them graded/encapsulated?

I reached out to PSA through their online form, and they said they wouldn't be able to authenticate or grade them. And I emailed Beckett and SGC, and they said they didn't do pins.
