Default How do you display your collection?

I have recently gotten back into collecting with my boys. While they rip wax, I have a love affair with Pre War Cards. I am curious how others display theirs or are they just stored in boxes in the closet or safe? Would love to see some ideas on how to display them in my "man cave".

Default yesh

for your man cave displays I wouldn't try storing them on their sides like this as it's a bit disorienting for children.....

I build my own displays since woodworking is my 'other' hobby.

You guys can't be married with children! My wife would never go for anything like that, and my kid we call "the Hurricane" for a reason. I'm lucky I have a closet shelf to keep the boxes on.

I just showed the small organized part of my collection. You should see the rest of that mess.

The best part Paul is we have used some of the same cards for those unorganized messes.

There was a thread that ran a while back, showing fantastic displays.

Unfortunately I can't locate it.

The old thread had a lot of different and cool pics as well as the pics above. For my collection I have a little bit in my office but mostly I just display it online on my site.

I don't really display. No one comes to see my sports room. But for the cards I prefer raw and I use binders. There are pages for tobacco size cards that I like but the only original card I have to go into that type of page is one of a bird. Besides the modern releases of Allen & Ginter.

There are plenty of displays out there for graded cards. Does anyone know of one for oversize/tall boys? Might have to make one myself.
