HILARIOUS...

The seller writes...

"This card is in mint condition. I did not have it graded due to experience with the grading companies in the past and my dissatisfaction. I am not willing to risk a card of this value."

Do his other listings include the Brooklyn Bridge and Statue of Liberty?

So I've been emailing the seller on this fraud and he tells me that he's not responsible for the fact that the card might be a fraud because it's just his word against mine.

That ebay allows a guy to remain selling on their site who attempted to commit a five figure fraud is just beyond incredible.

It looks like it's been taken down now. There will be another to replace it very soon, I am sure. And of course whenever anyone makes a comment like the one made to you, Jeff, it is close to 100% chance of guilt on their part. IT reminds me of when someone says "you can't prove it"......then the case is closed, no doubt they did it.

If ebay shuts the auction down for running a fraudulent auction how can they not shut HIM down too? Permanently? What the hell?

He only gets to do this so many times and they will shut his ID down, I think he has 3 or 4 more attempts coming.
