I would be interested in crossing this over....any chance for a 2 with the paperloss?

To me that card is an example of a nicer lower grade card. Even with the paper loss the card presents itself well. Who knows, it may get past the PSA graders and come out a PSA4 or 5. In reality it's possible to a 2. I think I've seen examples like this in 2 holders.

It will not get past the graders. The card is a 2 at absolute best. Nevertheless, it presents well.

It is a very nice looking card. I think it has about a 50/50 chance at a PSA 2. I would not count on it though. And I would certianly submit it raw, not in an SGC holder. If it is in a holder, they will be snooty about it.

Do yourself a favor and DON"T cross it. It's perfect, just the way it is...

PSA might give it a 1 with the paper loss.

Really besides the registry and perhaps display(if you prefer the look of a psa holder to that of any other) why cross this over from SGC?

I was gonna cross it over for the purposes of the registry..but doesn't matter at this point...my max bid was like $218 and I think it went for $248.

I agree that the card presents well and is graded correctly (and will likely grade a 2 if crossed to psa).

However, whoever said that it "wont get past the psa graders" has not really taken a look at psa's quality control lately. Here is a PSA 4 with a nice spot of paperloss on the reverse - pretty difficult to miss, yet psa did just that.
