I'm pretty sure that's wrestling. And Comiskey hosted wrestling going back to the 1910's. Couldn't begin to tell you who it is tho. It could be Gotch and Hackenschmidt, the match detailed here...

I think you're right. Looks like the same set-up as the 2nd meeting in Chicago between these two in 1911. Looks like the sign on the ring is a Bull Durham sign according to this other angle.
