Rumor has it that the Robert Edwards auction will be chock full of yummy T206 cards (and I'm sure just about everything else).

I can't wait for a catalog or internet preview of REA. I feel like a little kid who walks into the candy store asking the owner each day if the new season's baseball cards have arrived yet!

4 Planks, 5 Magies, 1 Doyle, and 1 Wagner can make for a record breaking auction!

Paul,

Of course there are no signed T206 cards, you already own them all!

...my chase is far from over. For example, there are many Cobb signed T206 cards floating about. And on a much smaller scale, I still haven't managed to get your old Rucker (though I pulled in a T201 signed Rucker in January).

My verified T206 wantlist is about 12 cards long. I was really hoping for a little help from REA this year, even if last year a signed T206 Crawford went for $4,700 with juice in REA!

For the record Paul, although, I now regret trading my signed T206 Wheat, at least it went to a good home. I no longer own any signed cards. I went all in for a Tattoo Orbit set.

Rumor has it there will be a t206 red portrait Ty Cobb PSA4 with a RED HINDU back! Okay, so I consigned it... but this is a thread about rare t206s coming up in REA so I figured I'd get in a free plug.

In my opinion, it should be considered the most valuable red portrait Cobb in any issue...

Divorce is a terrible way to lose one's collection.

My guess is somewhere south of 32k, but who knows. It's a neat "back" variation.....good luck with it.

I have an Eddie Collins E271 but have never owned a full box. As of my current state of affairs a full box is not high on my priority list.

I heard they will have a Old Mill SL factory overprint in their auction but not sure that's the one from t206 museum site or not. I guess this year's REA is only missing the t206 cobb back.
