Default A new mailing list for UK-based collectors

Hi,

I've just set up uk_cards, a Yahoo Groups mailing list for United Kingdom (UK)-based collectors of American sports cards. This is something I've been hoping to do for some time, and I was finally inspired to get it up and running thanks to new blog - "The Wax Fantastic" - which looks at collecting from a UK aspect.

My hope is that the mailing list will provide a place where UK collectors can share their buying/selling/trading experiences - our successes, failures, ideas and insights - with a particular focus on the difficulties that we all share in pursuing our hobby from across the Atlantic and how we overcome these. You might even find a fellow collector living right round the corner from you!

If you'd like to join up, just follow this link.

I'm looking forward to linking up with other UK collectors!!

Glenn (group owner)
Glasgow, Scotland

ps This message has been posted to the main Net54 forum page with the kind permission of Leon (Thanks!). If you have any questions regarding the uk_cards mailing list, please feel free to PM me directly.
