Default Opinions on my Hal Chase card

I know I already posted it on the pick ups thread, and maybe I'm overly excited about this card, but it has to be one of my favorites. I spoke to some reliable board members about the card, but I just wanted to hear some other opinions about the card. How to properly classify it? It's possible value depending on collector, etc. The double New York is pretty unique and I really like how the whole face is shifted.

I've seen that variation before and I think it really adds to the set and is quite unique. Congrats ad thank you

Love the ghosts and scrap cards but they are out of my price range.
I would think the right person would pay 10-20% over smv for your Chase.
(I purchased this Pastorius card because of the extra line in the B in his cap).

Neat card. Congrats. I would be excited too. I think it would bring a bit more than 10% or 20% more if advertised well......but, I am overzealous on those kinds of cards .
