1987 Ace Fact Packs and 1987 Topps Mini American cards
Stumbled across some singles of these cards. Had never seen them before. Seems to have been distributed largely in the UK. The PSA populations are super low. Does anyone know anything about these cards?

I would put psa pops at level of interest, which is near nothing. It certainly is not rarity. The 87 Topps uk was just another junk wax grab during the peak. They immediately followed up with uk baseball sets in 88 and 89 to zero interest.
They are doing the exact same now with uk issued Topps base the last couple years for baseball and again drawing low interest.
