Default OT: On this date in baseball, 1903

On this date in 1903, In the first World Series game ever played, Pittsburgh Pirates' hurler Deacon Phillippe beats Cy Young and Boston, 7-3 at the Huntington Avenue Grounds in Boston.


Some sources say this photo is actually from Game 3 in Boston, but other sources cite it as being Game 1.
