Default 1920 Cleveland Indians Schedule Coin

I have this coin in my collection. After matching up the dates I think it's a 1920 schedule for the Cleveland Indians. I really know little else about it. Anyone know anything about it?

I recently picked this up and it is dated 1917 and is the schedule of the Buffalo Bisons. Looks very similar to me.
