Default PSA grading question

Does anyone know if PSA gives an automatic 1 for a small rip?

Gary is correct...I have a beautiful T201 Cobb with a small, very hard to see rip, that graded a PSA 2. I would post a picture, but you can't see the rip from the pic.

Just got this back from PSA and thinking the size of the rip gave it the 1 grade. Too bad because otherwise card is super solid 4 or 5.
