Default Old Stadium Chair

Hello everyone, this is my first time posting so I hope I do it right. Please forgive me if I don't. But a while back a garage sale, I purchased what I was told is an old stadium chair. The wife was selling her husbands old sports memorabilia cheap, to get rid of them since they split up, so she told me she thinks it's from the Yankees so at $15, it was a good gamble considering the other old sporting goods she was selling. I spoke with a collector a couple months ago and he couldn't verify exactly where it came from or what it was, but may have been rented to patrons to a stadium for bleachers. If someone didn't want to sit on a bleacher, they could rent these and screw them in for more support. Also it was likely from the 1920's or so. But if anyone has seen anything like this or has any information on it whatsoever, it would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

+1. Yankees or not, I think it's neat and would display nicely. If you ever decide to part with it, let me know.
