Default Polar Bear Tobacco Pouch

A customer of mine bought this at a show and wanted me to research it for him. After poking around on some older posts here, and elsewhere on the web, I think it is NOT a pack that could contain a tobacco card (due to the overstamp)--but I am hoping to get a second opinion before I draw that conclusion.

Does anyone have an idea of the approximate value of the pouch, as a tobacciana collectible or otherwise?

altho I am certainly no expert on unopened tobacco, it is fair to assume that that ANY package with that date stamp will NOT contain a trading card.
very cool pack, tho!

Default well

the value on these comes and goes as rarely do they have the correct date range cancel (when known) to have contained a card. They still have a value as they make a nice display for them what is so inclined and them what speculates based on the tax stamp that contrary to fact might contain a card......
I have sold 3/4 over the years and witnessed sales of around 10 others. My guess in this "down" economy would be in the 300.00 - 500.00 range - one of those items one puts up for auction and occasionally it will go for more but not likely too much less than my low estimate.

no guarantees whether written or implied.

I agree with Henry on the value range. Likely a $350ish pack. Still a cool piece.
