Default One Card

Leon,

Let me rephrase this, If I can afford to find one card and buy it, I would get a 1963 PSA 8 Rose.

Thanks
Kirk

Funny Rob. I would look for a J=K Carrigan, I've only seen two examples.

something Baltimore-like T216 or t213-I still need several 216s and 1 213.

Default This is my Christmas morning!

Great thread Leon! Every year that the National is in Chicago or Cleveland a buddy or 2 of mine go for either one day or a day and a half. (We live in between the 2 cities in Ft. Wayne, Indiana) Anyway, I always joke with my buddies how even at 37 years of age, the day we go to the National (this year it will be Friday) is like Christmas Day for me when I was a kid. I think about it all week, I can't get to sleep the night before, and I'm awake at 5 a.m. sharp ready to go! I still get such a kick out of going to a baseball card show!

Anyway to answer the question: I would love to find an E98 with an Old Put stamped back or a few of the Old Judges I need to complete Spaulding's World Tour Teams Sets that I have been working on.

1921 Exhibits Walter Johnson. I absolutely love the high leg kick in the photo.

I know they're around but I'm always looking for one that is reasonably priced instead of 20%+ over book.

1980 Charlotte Police Orange Borders Cal Ripken---Less than 100 exist of this true rookie card.

Perhaps next year when the National comes to "Charm City"
