Circa 1900's , dark town battery cast iron mechanical bank
Have a lot of dark town mechanical cast iron bank's (18) for sale or trade for e97 Briggs lozenge cards or fire side cards, dark town battery base ball bank's (cast iron) was given a patent on Jan. 17 , 1888 ,by j&e stevens co. It works by putting a coin in the hand of the pitcher, press the lever, and the coin is swiftly pitched. As the batter misses, it is safely deposited by the catcher, very colorful, has a catcher, pitcher, batter, player's are black , bank's vary on prices (condition & paint) $4500.00 to $12,000.00 each , thank you , frank foremny tel 845-590-6224 (can request pictures & will send )
