Default Tons of re-prints on Ebay making me ill ..!!

Posted By: Dave

I woke up this morning and went to look at the pre-war listings on Ebay, and noticed that there are now literally dozens of auctions for re-print T205's, T-206's, Allen & Ginter cards, and now T212 Obaks. I didn't even know they made Obak Re-prints at all. Even more depressing is that these cards are listed in sucha manner as to lead the less knowledgeable collector to believe that they are real. Does anyone think Ebay should now set up a seperate category for these listings. ? I sent them several suggestions today already.

But let's face it, it would cost ebay money so I doubt they're interested. The scammers know if they get cordoned into a reprint zone, they won't sell squat and so they wouldn't bother listing their cards and so, of course, ebay wouldn't collect their fees. And so it goes...
