Default Washing B18 Blankets?

I have a few B18 Blankets that have small yellow/brown stains. I don't know too much about them, honestly.

Crazy question: What would happen if I threw them in a washing machine? Would they fall apart?

Any way to "wash" them? They're not cards so I'm not sure what the unwritten rules are about alterations and doctoring on a piece of fabric.

I thought we had a thread on this not long ago but I'm too lazy to look it up. Whatever you think about the ethical issues, throwing the B18 in the washing machine will likely shred, tear or otherwise destroy it, and hand-washing or soaking of any kind could very well lead to the colors bleeding. I don't know about dry-cleaning them, but would proceed with extreme caution in any event.

I once sprayed Downey Wrinkler Releaser on a blanket just to see if it would take out some deep creases. Of course I picked one that was not worth much.
As soon as I sprayed it, the colors began to run.

I wouldn't be surprised if the colors ran if the blanket got water on it.
