Default Beware

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Cy-Young-190...item23201eda80

http://www.ebay.com/itm/150862389765...84.m1423.l2649

Looks like two auctions for the same card from different sellers ending four hours apart.

Could this be a problem for the second winner?

Both are one-day auctions as well, which could be problematic for either buyer...

Looking @ cardtarget.com - same raw Young sold on eBay for $650 on 1/8/12. Item: 120839236538
Buyer: j***7

Neither seller matches that buyer's ID.
The seller from Dallas (where Beckett is located) registered on 1/9/12 - one day later? Seller from NH registered on 4/23/12.

Wonder if #2 is trying to sell #1 for a profit without taking posession. He states he will not take less than $1K, policy violoation, reported.

What kind of idiot sends a card to be graded then turns around and takes it out of the holder because he feels it should be 1/2 point higher.

The fact he didn't post a pic of the slab with the BVG 3.5 label says alot.

My responses from the two sellers were completely different from those above. I wouldn't buy from either one.

Smells like a rat somewhere. I would definitely skip them even if I was interested.

Default Left Side!?

I realize that I have an abstract mind... However, if You look at the Reflection in the left side on the Slab... I see a tee shirt, an arm, and just below them... is that someone's Butt?

Looks as if they dealt their hand even before they sold someone else's card!?

Or I'm just imagining things?
