Default Need help IDing this Cub

I need some help with an ID of this Cub. I have looked through all my material and can not find a Rich Smith who played or coached for the Cubs. I Thought it might be a Jim Rowe postcard. Could it be mis-identified? I have narrowed it down to 1941-1945 from the Cubs logo. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, I really do appreciate it. I saw Red Smith but did not connect the dots. He coached from 1945-48.
Again, thanks for your help.

Jim
