Default Help with 1964 Phillies Plaque

Wondering if anyone can be of any assistance with the back of this plaque. Picked it up at a local card show today and on back has written "compliments of Ernie Montello(???)" and on the bottom right has written upside down in white Montello (sic) 8-29. Any help or ideas is really appreciated.

I once had a display similar to the H&S example my ex purchased from him commemorating Schmidt's 400th HR.

Thanks Nate & Jim. Looks like it could be Ernie Montella. Looks like he was a dealer that did these type of plaques in the early 80s. Found some more in other auctions http://www.auctionscc.com/?showpage=...rabilia/&i=352.

Found a nice article on him and his plaques http://www.sportscollectorsdigest.co...national-treat

Yep , Ernie Montello is well known in the Phila. area. Made lots of custom plaques. Some real nice ones too.
