I think these are 1915 Red Sox Uniforms based on this site.
https://mlbcollectors.com/BOSjerseys.php If it is indeed Hank Severeid at catcher, game 2 of a STL/BOS double-header on Aug 10 is very possible. (Severeid only appeared in 80 games in 1915, his first year in StL). Aug 10 game 2 @ Fenway meets the criteria where Hooper scored a run with Severeid catching (some of the game) and Hoblitzell in the lineup. That's my best guess. But totally open to other suggestions
