Default (Professional) Card Graders PSA SGC

Okay I think we all pretty much know the subject of card grading is subjective but I'm curious about the companies PSA and SGC. How many card graders do you think they have employed? Am I wrong to think its similar to a sweat shop conditions? What qualifications does it take to look at cards all day long as a job and slab them?? Anyone ever heard how many cards a grader looks at on an average day? Just some thoughts

You can go to the SGC web page and see the graders and I believe read a small Bio on them still.

My guess is that it wouldn't be long before you hate that job too, at least that's how I would feel about it.
