Default W515-1 real?

Hi all

I bought this W515-1 Burns on ebay and it just arrived today. The proportions of the card seem too exact to be handcut, and the paper stock seems a bit thinner and flimsier than my other W515-1s. My immediate instinct was "fake" but then I whipped out my handy dandy microscope and took a look at the printing and, to my surprise, the printing method seemed spot-on for the early 1920s. I've attached photos of the three W515-1s that I have, and also 60x zoom images of the printing for each of them. The first of the zoomed pictures is the Walker, the Second is the Burns (the one I'm concerned about) and the third is the Scott. Would love to get some feedback on this. Does this set come in varying paper thicknesses?

Thanks!
