Default Differing PSA holder sizes?

I asked someone on eBay if their item (a T206 card in a PSA holder) looked short. From the scan, it looked like there was plenty of room between the top of the card/top of the holder and the bottom of the card/bottom of the holder.

The seller replied that the top and bottom in the holder was larger than other PSA tobacco-card-sized holders they owned, explaining the "short" appearance.

I have no reason to doubt the seller, but am wondering if there are differing PSA holder sizes for tobacco cards?

If the T206 is oversized, they may have put it in an E-sized (slightly bigger) holder.
