Default Show your best/condition RAW card

Posted By: leon

With the advent of grading it seems as though many, if not most, higher condition cards are slabbed (at least ones we see, and rightfully so). Show a RAW one that is either your best, or best conditioned, raw card....For those collectors that only collect "slabbed" you might need to sit this one out. As I have said before I like some cards raw and some slabbed. There is no better way to get to know the characteristics of cards than handling them (and reading this board ), imo...
I think this one (the Ruth) will grade pretty close to an 84 if I ever decide to get it graded....regards

Dan,

95% of my collection is in raw condition, so I'm with you on that one.

I purchased this Anson about 2 years ago. I've been too nervous to send it in to get graded, never sent anything to be graded before.

Very nice cards everyone!

Here is one of my T206's that I have yet to get graded. It does measure correctly although I will not know for sure if it is unaltered until I submit it. The ding on the upper lef corner is not on the card from what I can see but one of the lower corners does look a little odd.

Hi fellow collectors,
I don't post much, about 97% of my collection is raw. Thought I would
share a few of my favorites.
