Default M114 opinion..............

Some help would be much appreciated. Does this look like an original, authentic M114 or a more recent copy? Your opinions would be very helpful. Thanks!

Default Real

I have this Bobby Doerr M-114. The paper, size, photo clarity all appear in the photo consistent with the one I own. I vote REAL M-114 (in nice condition by the way).

Default Thanks.......

Thank you very much for your opinions........very much appreciated. I just thought it looked a bit too white, too nice, to be authentic. Most of the others I've seen have had a somewhat brownish tone due to age. I wondered if there have been any more recent reproductions that you guys may be aware of. Thanks again!

I have not seen any reprints of those, outside of a Ruth rookie and maybe a couple of others, they don't command much money so probably not a real attractive issue to produce fakes of. I love them though..............
