Default Mitchell SC350/25 Confirmed

I was logging in a bunch of raw cards I picked up a while back and came across a Mitchell Sweet Caporal 350 Factory 25 back which my log sheet said was suspected but no confirmed. I checked out T206 Resources and they had it as possible but not confirmed. Has anyone seen this front/back combination before? Please see attached images.

If it is truly a new combo, yet unseen, that is impressive.
