Default Is This a New Slab From PSA?

Is this a new slab from PSA? No grade, No authentication, No Bar code? I don't get it.

Default Which leads me to this question ...

Why oh why do people have their reprints graded??? You've all seen them on eBay. Is it just me that finds this pathetic?

This was probably given away at the show to promote products.

Heritage and PSA did the same thing with the Black Swamp Find.

A show giveaway is fine but you've seen graded reprints on eBay. These are actual graded reprints I'm talking about. Its a joke. The cost is $17.00 per card for regular grading at PSA.

I've got a small collection of Wagner reprints. Guess I'll have to add that one now too...

What exactly was there to commemorate in February 2013? The official announcement from Mastro that he trimmed PSA's coveted PSA 8 example?

That was probably the closest thing to a vintage card at the Long Beach show.

they slabed an alfred e neuman and it went for over 1200 dollars so tell me the hobby isnt crazy? unless someone here bought it then just shout it out from the padded room. I am joking but not really.

It may seem silly, but at least it's unique. A low grade 1933 Goudey Ruth would go for around the same price as that. Personally, I'd rather have something with a story than the same old card thousands of other people have.
