Collecting the same front with different backs makes perfect sense to me. Thanks.

I agree with you guys....it's not an obsession....if you collect the same card with different backs.

Here's more examples of my addiction for T206's.....

JimB-
Since I only collect cards of one player (my great-grandfather) it limits my options. I just pick up any thing I see of his; so far the majority has been T212s. I enjoy every card like someone else would enjoy 50 cards of different players. These will eventually be spread throughout the family, which I also enjoy the thought of.

Here are my Amos Strunk cards. They all have different backs.

Caption is OF - E121 Series of 120, Lou Gertenrich
Caption is RF - Gasslers Bread, Herpolsheimers Boys Fashion Shop
Caption is CF - E121 Series of 80, Holsum Bread

I also have another Holsum of Amos with the same pose as E135. I'd be interested in trading for his cards from the other E121 related sets: Witmor Candy, Pacific Biscuit, Clarks Bread, Haffners Bread, W575-1. Thanks, Andy

Posting this feels like a confession of sorts...

I had more, but I gave a couple away.

And I've got close to 2 dozen 2004 chrome Pujols Topps Heritage cards... but they are shiny.
