Default A card, cabinet, or postcard you had...

Thought it might be fun to ask the question - what would be the ONE card, cabinet photo, postcard, exhibit, etc that you had in your collection at one time and let go....either for financial reasons, trade, etc....but wish you had back?

This would be my number uno.

Easy.............1940 Playball # 1 Joe DiMaggio. Sold just before PSA and grading came about. The card would have easily graded a 7 and possibly an 8.

Runner up......1969 Brooks Robinson that would have no doubt in my mind graded a 10! You could have shaved with that card it was so sharp.

Oh well..................

Robert

57 Clemente from a pack I busted open. Sold it for a lot more than what I paid for the pack and now I believe resides in a PSA 9 holder. Wish I would have graded it then sold it.

My creased up 1987 Topps Roger Clemens that I got personally signed when I was 8. I sold it along with my entire childhood collection of 10,000+ cards when I was in college for $50 and a case of beer. Ironically, $ value-wise I probably made out like a bandit since every card was trashed late 80's crap, but letting that one card go still burns me to this day, as I cherished it as a kid.

T-206 Drum Back that I bought many years ago, and auctioned it off in one of the Mastro Auctions before they went under.
