Default t206 sweet cap overprint in wierd postion

how un common (or common) is this...I have a Sweet Cap 350-460 in which the
Factory 30 district 24 ny is totally visible and centered as always but the overprint squiggly line is totally underneath and all the way to the left inside border and finishing underneath the "s" in the word district

Don't usually study the little print anomalies but this just stood out immediately
any feedback welcome; if it's worth $10,00 I AM flexible!!!!!!!

nice weekend to all

it's not that unusual...and to 99.99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% of the population...it caries no premium...then again a scan would be helpful.
