I have been looking at this cards very closely and I'm starting to get the fever! I've a chance to buy 17 T211's from a local hockey collector.

Q:Is there anything I need to know before taking on this set?

Any info on this set would be much appreciated!

They rarely are seen for sale and if you have a chance to pick em up I'd for it as oppurtunities to find them, especially a large lot, are few and far between!

great set (I would definitely buy the cards you have an opportunity to get) but I dont think you have a realistic chance at completing it. Very scarce cards...

Not to be a pessimist, but you've got an EXTREMELY difficult task if you want to complete that set-as in you might wait 17 years to find 17 more at any kind of reasonable or mildly unreasonable price (I'm not exagerating that much). My two cents--if you get a good deal on the cards and especially if they're solid vg, buy 'em and flip 'em at a handsome profit, maybe keeping one or two for yourself.

The last one standing....I had a bunch of these 10 years ago and never thought I could realistically
complete this set. So, I sold them all except Greminger. They went cheap back then.

I think completing the set would be difficult but, given time, I bet you could put a pretty good dent in it. I am working on the set and would love to know which cards are in this group. If that is OK please email me at oldjudge@gmail.com

Thanks!
