Default Another T206 Murr'y found

Just wanted to post this up for everyone. If anyone didn't see it yet, the card was up for auction last week on Ebay. I spoke with the owner to gather some details as to how it was discovered. The owner told me he purchased some groups of T206s from a few auction houses and it was in one of the lots, so apparently the consignor & auction house both must have missed it.

It has a Sweet Caporal 350-460 Fac. 30 back. That makes the third example found with this back in about a year's time.

As most know, this particular printing mishap has been found with a Lenox, Tolstoi, Piedmont 460 & Sweet Caporal 460 backs.

I find it interesting that of all the Murr'y examples found so far, three of the brands have the Factory 30 back, but the Piedmont example is the only one to carry the Factory 25 distinction.

Here is a scan of the newest Sweet Caporal Murr'y.

Thanks for posting this Jantz, and great observation!!

It is very interesting that you noticed the Sweet Caporal 350-460,Tolstoi,and Lenox were all with the Factory 30,,,,,,,,,,and the Piedmont 350-460 was Factory 25.

I happen to be stuck on this Factory & Back thing right now,so this is very interesting to me-thanks for posting this!!!

Sincerely,Clayton

I don't think the Murr'y is really that rare a card, and as such is very overpriced.
