Default Please Help Me IDing this Detroit Tiger

Hello,

Any thoughts on who this player is or time frame? I thought it looked like Hughie Jennings? However, I could be completely wrong. I put a portrait of Jennings next to the uniform player photo for a side by side comparison.

Thanks!

Its not Hugh Jennings. The hat puts it at the 1904 Tigers. It also could be a local or minor league team uniform. I know the Decatur Commodores from Illinois used that type of D on a few of their uniforms, as did the Dallas teams.

Thank you for the information and feedback. I really appreciate it! Anyone else have any insight to who this might be?

Don and Mark are correct. This is not a 1904 Tigers uniform. The construction of the "D" logo is incorrect. Here are some 1904 Tigers for comparison.
