What does it take to get 300K cards in one spot? Is that like liquidating a card shop? A wholesaler? I don't even know what that means in terms of volume.

OK - winging it on some quick mental math. Modern cards - 5 to a pack? And what - 20 packs to a box? Or to be conservative - 40 packs to a box? So 200 cards per box? That's 1500 boxes. Huh? I'm even trying to figure out the physical space it would occupy (basement corner? small self-store?) and then how someone cataloged it.

I'm guessing liquidating a shop and/or distributor - mostly boxes or cartons of newer cards, plus whatever vintage was in the case at the time?

That seems like the only possible way. And it's on ebay.

One you've spent the 22k you could spend another $3 million to get the cards graded. Then you could list them all on ebay on "free listing day." And you would still have that custom pallet. I don't see how you could lose.
