Default Team checklists?

So my wife wants a football card collection for her birthday.

Redskins from 1968-88 mostly the Topps cards, but bonus to me for other stuff. The only requirements are that all the stuff has to fit into a binder and I can't add a load of duplicates - In other words the lot of 300,000 random football cards is out (Sorry guys, I just know someone out there was getting excited) Bummer, since I have most of them already, and sold a load of extras a couple years ago.

Since the basic bit will be the usual topps cards, is there any checklist by team? That would be a huge help.

I'll also be looking for a list of any small sets I can't recall from those years. I think I know what most of them are, but there are probably a few I missed.
