Wow! It's going to be interesting to see how much the E107 Matty sells for. I sold my SGC 20 a year or two ago, but this one is much nicer.

You need to type in each lot number in the URL.

Larry

Here is the full url for the Matty

http://www.mastroauctions.com/index.cfm?action=DisplayContent&ContentName=Lot%20 Information&LotIndex=88967

In order to see other lots, change the last numbers by adding or subtracting. For example, using the url but ending in 88968 will bring up the next lot in the auction. There is no real easy way to search at this time, I think

Max

Strange thing about the E107 set is that virtually every player is in uniform, except Wagner who is wearing a suit, and Matty who is dressed up to the nines. The two key players in the set are in street clothes.

Barry - that's why there is a rare "almost cult-like preoccupation that attaches to E107."

I heard they sacrifice sacred goats while reciting "one of a hundred and fifty prominent baseball players" over and over again.

Read the message in very tiny print on Matty's collar: "No goats were lost in the creation of these cards. Ducks and pigeons we're not saying, but no goats ..."

Barry, are you saying that when I owned the E107 Matty and Wagner that I actually had the Complete E107 Street Clothes "Subset"? I wish I had known at the time. How funny.

quite a few e107 players are dressed in suits... Matty, Wagner, Keeler, Chesbro, Kelley, Ritchie, Leever, Hahn, Dahlen, Sheckard, Corcoran, Jacklitsch, Poole, Wiggs, etc., etc.

There are other players in suits, but Matty and Wagner are the two best players in the set and it would have been nice if they were in uniform. Just an observation.
