Ball is in nice condition, but honestly, take the first $400 you can get. It's not worth anywhere near your asking price. With the most notable signature being clubhouse, it will be a tough sell even at that price.

I think $400 is generous. Medwick and Lombardi are not scarce, valuable, or particularly desirable names. Ott is the appeal of a ball like this; he's not there so it has a very small market. I'd peg it at $100-300.
