1983 Topps Bill Virdon/Jim Fanning Proof?

I was recently re-reading the 2008 Keith Olbermann series of articles on Topps proof cards for Sports Collectors Digest. It was supposed to be a 5-part series but as far as I can tell only 3 articles were ever written. Certainly I can only find 3 articles currently on-line.

The teaser to the first article mentions a 1983 Topps proof that pictures Jim Fanning instead of Bill Virdon on the Expos managers card:

Have you got that 1977 Topps card with Reggie Jackson trying to out-grin the beaming Oriole on the old Baltimore helmet? How about the 1968 card of Tom Seaver pitching left-handed? Or the 1983 Bill Virdon card that actually shows Jim Fanning? The answers to these questions – even from the most ardent of Topps set builders – is likely to be a resounding “no.” Except, of course, in those cases where it’s simply a dumbstruck “Huh"

Since the articles go through the proof cards in chronological order, the series never gets to 1983. Some quick Googling doesn't reveal any other mention or photo of the card.

Does anyone know of this card or have a photo to provide?
