Default American bat co model 43 help

I'm trying to gather some info on this bat.
I have been told it is 1800's.
it says model 43 American bat company.
It's about 34 inches long.

Cool bat - it is 19th century . Green is a fairly unusual color for a ring !

Here is my 39", maple "S" trade mark 1880s bat. Probably the nicest cond. Ring bats I have come across.
