Default What's with PSA "OF" t206 card at Heritage?

Probably this has been covered before here but new to me--a sweet PSA 7 (OF) card at Heritage tonight for Eddie Collins...I didn't even know there is an OF qualifier, if it's new, or what....I've certainly had many a card that seemed as "off" or worse with no OF. Also, how much should this hurt value, or unproven at this point?

At first I guessed it was an admin error and supposed to be OC but the PSA site says OF stands for Out of Focus.

When I first saw the card I too thought it was an error but no, as "packs" said, it means "Out of Focus" and this is the first time I have ever seen that qualifier.
