Default Gavelsnipe Question

I am new to this software. Has anyone here had snipes not go off due to being set to bid with less than 20 seconds left in auction? I would like to set up as close to the end of auctions as possible... Any suggestions?

thanks for your help!

Mine has been set at 10 seconds for several years now. I have not had trouble. I think the bid actually occurs more like 15 or 20 seconds out.

I will say this... I have only had one problem with gavelsnipe NOT placing a bid for me... And in that case, I did NOT receive my confirmation email from gavelsnipe when I initially put my bid request into gavelsnipe... So, if you don't get your confirmation email, then be careful.

I use 8 seconds and have only had a problem once in about a year or using it.
