Heads up for BST and other board issues

Hey Guys
Just a heads up that we all need to be careful in conducting business on the board. As we continue to grow and get new members it seems as not everyone that registers is on the up and up. I just had 2 people, whom I called to verify, give me all kinds of weird crap for info....both were not approved. They won't be having fun with us. One guy said he was rejected a few times, gave all kinds of false info, then said he wasn't comfortable giving info out. The next guy, completely unrelated but was a new registrant too, said much of the same. He too won't be joining us. So this is just a heads up to be really careful on the BST and know who you are dealing with. I call to verify registrations many times....especially when the info given raises a yellow or red flag. If it is a new person, or someone you don't know, ask for references. No one doing business on the board should mind that question. If they do then please PM me about it. thanks....

Like others stated, I appreciate the steps Leon takes to maintain a positive forum. I have never had a problem here or at the previous site and purchase here with little to no caution. That is amazing considering that at a forum for a separate hobby of mine the thread that lists just banned members, con-artists, and rippers is almost 300 pages long and is updated daily if not hourly.
